As we make your way to Pushkar lake and fairground, you will encounter herds of camels and a multitude of people. Turban-clad men, bejewelled women, children, and camels, goats, and cattle all converge and settle in the bustling atmosphere.

However, this tour doesn’t end at the fairgrounds alone. Beyond Pushkar lies the rest of Rajasthan and Delhi, offering further surprises to be discovered. From Delhi to Agra, Jaipur, and Jodhpur, this itinerary is specially crafted for seasoned photographers.

Tour Outline

Please find below a rough schedule outlining the intended tour schedule. However, keep in mind that this may change due to unexpected situations or bad weather.
  • Day 1

    • Upon arrival at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, you’ll be warmly welcomed and guided to the coach by your guide.

    • Following that, you will be transferred to your hotel.

    • We will then go through the tour itinerary, followed by dinner.

    • Finally, you can check-in and enjoy an overnight stay in Delhi.
  • Day 2

    • We begin our day with breakfast, then proceed to Agra by car.

    • Upon arrival, we complete the check-in process at our hotel.

    • In the evening, we’ll stop at the Tomb of Itmad-ud-daula, also known as the Baby Taj.

    • Afterwards, we’ll visit the renowned Mehtab Bagh. A captivating garden that offers a magnificent view of the Taj Mahal along the Yamuna River.

    • Spend the evening at your leisure. This is a perfect opportunity to acquire or rent a beautiful traditional attire, for the tour.

    • Returning to the hotel early to prepare for the next day.
  • Day 3

    • Experience the majesty of the Taj Mahal at sunrise during our guided visit.

    • Our photography guide will provide you with essential information and take you to the most picturesque locations. Ensuring your Taj Mahal visit is truly satisfying.

    • Afterward, we will return to the hotel for a delicious breakfast.

    • Later in the day, we will explore the magnificent Agra Fort, one of India's most impressive fortresses.

    • As the evening approaches, we’ll capture the captivating beauty of the Taj Mahal at sunset from an off-the-beaten-path vantage point.

    • Once we finish, we will head back to the hotel for a peaceful overnight stay in Agra.
  • Day 4

    • We will embark on a delightful boat journey along the Yamuna River at dawn. Presenting an exquisite opportunity to marvel at the stunning spectacle of the Taj Mahal.

    • After breakfast, we’ll proceed on a scenic drive towards Jaipur.

    • En route, we shall make a stop at Fatehpur Sikri, famously known as the forsaken capital of the Mughal Empire.

    • Later, we’ll venture to Abhaneri, an awe-inspiring stepwell celebrated as one of the deepest and grandest in all of India.

    • Upon reaching Jaipur, we’ll complete the check-in procedure at the hotel.

    Indulge in a delectable dinner at a local eatery, accompanied by captivating performances from traditional folk dancers.

    • Resting peacefully in the luxurious confines of the hotel.
  • Day 5

    • The tour will commence after breakfast, beginning with a photo stop at Hawa Mahal.

    • Afterwards, we’ll pay a visit to Amber Fort will take place.

    • Our photography guide will ensure that you capture photos from various stops and angles, allowing you to explore your creative skills.

    • Post lunch, the City Palace, which serves as the primary residence of Jaipur's present ruling family, will be our next stop.

    • Following this, we will explore the Jantar Mantar site. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the Rajasthani way of life.

    Experiencing carpet weaving, block printing demonstrations, and the sacred activity of donning a turban.

    • As evening falls, a delightful session of Hi-Tea awaits you at Café "The Tattoo," located opposite the majestic Hawa Mahal.

    • Concluding the day capturing pictures of the Hawa Mahal in all its glory.
  • Day 6

    • We start day six with breakfast, before heading over to the renowned Milk Market.

    • Next, we’ll proceed towards Pushkar, an esteemed city of sanctity for Hindus. Encircled by hills and sand dunes, Pushkar serves as a fitting backdrop for the camel fair.

    • Upon arrival, we shall settle into our Swiss tents. We shall be granted three whole days to indulge in the mesmerising spectacle that is Pushkar.

    • We’ll then savour a performance put on by the Kalbelia gypsies, followed by a delectable dinner.

    • Spending the night in the comfort of the camps.
  • Day 7

    • We start our extraordinary photographic adventure at the fairground of Pushkar during the early morning hours.

    • Brace yourself for endless captivating moments as we make our way through sand dunes towards the Pushkar lake and fairground.

    • We’ll enjoy breakfast and some leisure time upon returning to the camp.

    • After lunch, we resume our exploration of the fairground. Taking the opportunity to visit both the Brahma temple and the revered Pushkar Lake.

    • The camp will be our haven for the night.
  • Day 8

    • Awaiting us at the fairground are additional chances to capture incredible photographic moments.

    Capturing tribal individuals and groups of camels drinking from the temporary water sources.

    • Spend the whole day to exploring the fairground before retiring to the camp come nighttime.
  • Day 9

    • We will visit the fairground in the early morning, followed by a drive to Jodhpur after breakfast.

    • Upon arrival, we’ll check-in at the hotel and spend a relaxed day in Jodhpur.

    • After resting in the hotel, we’ll take an evening stroll around the old city.

  • Day 10

    • Day ten begins with a sunrise shoot on a nearby hill. Offering a stunning view of Mehrangarh Fort and the old city of Jodhpur.

    • Following this, breakfast is served at the hotel. Later in the day, we’ll visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort and the royal cenotaph, Jaswant Thada.

    • In the evening, we’ll walk through the Clock Tower market, providing an opportunity to capture the vibrant daily life of the local people.

    • The day ends with a breathtaking sunset view of Mehrangarh Fort from the hotel's rooftop restaurant.

    • Rest and relaxation can be enjoyed at the hotel throughout the night.
  • Day 11

    • We’ll rise early for breakfast then transfer to the airport and connect with a flight to Delhi.

    • Take advantage of the day to relax and enjoy yourself.

    • Later in the evening, we’ll pay a visit to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib. Witnessing the langar, a volunteer-led cooking and feeding program at the Gurudwara, where you can participate if you wish.
  • Day 12

    • We start our day with a visit to the Jama Mosque, the largest mosque in India.

    • Following that, we’ll drive through the renowned Red Fort. Discovering the lively Chandni Chowk market.

    • You have the option of either taking a rickshaw ride or strolling through the narrow lanes of Old Delhi.

    • Continuing to the famous Spice Market, where India's reputation for spices is well-known.

    • We’ll then pay a visit to Raj Ghat, a memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi.

    • After lunch, we’ll immerse ourselves in the majesty and beauty of the Qutub Minar.

    • We end our final night with a farewell dinner before retiring to our hotel.
  • Day 13

    • After our final breakfast together, you’ll make your way to the International Airport. Embarking on your next venture via a connecting flight.
